• Respond to and resolve IT support requests logged via the helpdesk system.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
• Assist users with password resets, account management, and access issues.
• Document all support activities, solutions, and user feedback accurately.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support as needed.

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Analyst or in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, supporting the Vereeniging office.
