About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy E-commerce Website Administrator to manage and optimize their online store operations. This hybrid role, based in Benoni , will involve ensuring the website functions flawlessly, managing product catalogs, and overseeing user experience aspects. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and performance of the e-commerce platform, working closely with development and marketing teams.

• Manage and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels on the e-commerce platform.
• Ensure the website's functionality, performance, and security, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.
• Implement and manage website content updates, including banners, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Monitor website analytics to track user behavior, conversion rates, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with designers and developers on website enhancements and new feature implementations.
• Manage customer accounts and permissions, ensuring data privacy and security protocols are followed.

• Proven experience as a Website Administrator , E-commerce Manager, or similar role.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento) and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong understanding of website functionality, basic HTML/CSS, and SEO principles.
• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
