About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Retail Analyst to join their team in Klerksdorp . This critical on-site role will focus on driving business performance through in-depth data analysis, identifying trends, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize sales, marketing, and operational efforts. You will work closely with various departments to interpret complex datasets, forecast outcomes, and influence decision-making.

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales, customer, and market data to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail analytics , business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Expertise in statistical modeling , forecasting techniques, and data mining.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
