About the Role
Our client is looking for an innovative and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to shape the user experience of their interactive entertainment products in Benoni . This leadership role is responsible for defining the visual language and interaction design across all our platforms, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. You will lead a team of talented designers, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to translate user needs and business goals into exceptional user journeys.

- Lead the design and implementation of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for games and applications.
- Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI guidelines for consistency.
- Mentor and manage a team of UI/UX designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering creative growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and optimal implementation in Benoni .
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the gaming industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design work for interactive products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
