• Digital Solutions:
  Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Information Management, or a related field, with an interest in ERP systems, CRM platforms, Data Analytics, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or IT Governance
• Experience:
  
  Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic troubleshooting.
• Microsoft:
  Windows, Active Directory, Entra  Microsoft 365 fundamentals.
• Infrastructure:
  Basic knowledge of servers, switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and cabling.
• Troubleshooting:
  Logical problem-solving and fault identification.
• ITSM:
  Understanding of incidents, requests, changes, and documentation.
• Security:
  Basic cybersecurity, MFA, and access-control awareness.
• Monitoring:
  Ability to interpret alerts/logs and maintain infrastructure records.
