Location: Bethlehem
Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Service Desk Consultant for a 6/12 month contract based in Bethlehem. The role requires Grade 12, ITIL Foundation or equivalent qualification, and 1–3 years of service desk experience.
You will support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, AD, and VPNs, with exposure to Service Now, Fresh service and JIRA Service Management. Excellent customer service and logging of requests are essential.
