About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous Telecoms Systems Analyst to join their established team in Klerksdorp . This role is integral to understanding and optimizing the performance of our client's telecommunications systems. You will be responsible for analyzing system data, identifying trends, diagnosing issues, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure our communication infrastructure meets current and future demands, contributing to the strategic development and operational excellence of the company within the North West province.

• Analyze performance metrics and system logs to identify and resolve issues within the telecom network .
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including network diagrams and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers to test and implement system upgrades and new configurations.
• Investigate and report on system malfunctions, recommending corrective actions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements.
• Monitor system capacity and plan for future resource needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry .
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with various telecom equipment and software.
