Babylonstoren has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic IT Intern to join our IT team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone completing a relevant IT qualification who would like to gain practical experience in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities- Assist employees with everyday IT queries and troubleshoot basic hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Help install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 support, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and One Drive.
- Support user account setup and access administration under the guidance of the IT team.
- Assist with network and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Help support hotel and restaurant systems, including POS terminals, printers and related devices.
- Gain practical exposure to Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
- A relevant IT qualification, or currently working towards a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
