IT Helpdesk Support Analyst

• Provide first-level IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and user requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate specialist team.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network protocols.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are highly desirable.
