- Translate credit product requirements into detailed LMS functionality, configuration, business rules and system behaviour.
- Define lending products, account structures, account states, events, transactions and lifecycle behaviour.

- Work directly with LMS vendors, engineers and technical teams to translate business intent into executable solutions.
- Produce high-quality Business Analysis documentation, including requirements, user stories, business rules, state models, data requirements, configuration specifications, acceptance criteria and traceability.
- Understand the LMS’s role within the broader credit ecosystem.
- Identify the impact of changes on connected systems and processes.
- Support testing and implementation.
- Validate that delivered system behaviour matches the agreed product intent.

- Investigate LMS-related incidents and unexpected system behaviour.
- Determine root causes and define corrective requirements.
- Establish and maintain the organisation’s knowledge base for LMS functionality and configuration.
- Use AI and modern analysis tools to accelerate analysis, scenario generation, requirements development, quality assurance and problem-solving.

- Proven experience implementing, configuring or materially building a Loan Management System or lending platform.
- Strong understanding of consumer lending products and the credit lifecycle.
- Experience with significant greenfield or transformational technology initiatives.
- Strong Business Analysis…
