Lead UX​/UI Designer; Mobile Applications

• Lead the design and implementation of intuitive and engaging user experiences for mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling UI designs.
• Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, fostering their professional growth.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design for mobile.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all mobile platforms and devices.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX/UI design work for mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Familiarity with mobile development processes and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working in a hybrid remote/in-office environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
