• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements for digital transformation projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring adherence to established project management frameworks.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Oversee the execution of project tasks, monitor progress, and identify/mitigate risks and issues proactively.
• Communicate project status, updates, and critical information to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new digital solutions and processes.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, IT, Engineering).
• A Master's degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically managing digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Experience with in the business services industry is a plus.
