• Perform routine maintenance, configuration updates, and system health checks.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues across various network layers.
• Document all network incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex network problems.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical network issues.
• Assist in the implementation of network changes and upgrades following established procedures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of network operations processes and procedures.

• National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations or a similar technical support role.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, Solar Winds).
• Basic understanding of wireless technologies (LTE, Wi-Fi) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work shifts and participate in an on-call schedule.
