• Manage the sourcing and procurement of IT hardware, software, and related services.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suitable technology vendors based on capabilities and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service level agreements with IT suppliers.
• Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to delivery and payment.
• Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and legal departments to ensure procurement alignment.
• Conduct market research on technology trends and pricing to identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, with a specialization in IT or technology sourcing.
• Proven experience in negotiating contracts with technology vendors.
• Strong understanding of IT hardware, software licensing, and cloud services.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
