• Provide first and second-level technical support to all users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and user requests in a timely manner.
• Document all support activities, solutions, and system configurations.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Assist with IT asset management and inventory.
• Support the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.
• Provide training to end-users on IT systems and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex technical challenges.

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Support Analyst or similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with hardware and software installation and configuration.
• Proficiency in using helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Service Now).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Based in or willing to commute to Benoni , Gauteng.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are highly desirable.
• High school diploma required; tertiary education in IT is a plus.
