• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
• Assist in managing IT inventory and asset tracking.
• Create and maintain IT support documentation and user guides.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff.
• Participate in IT projects as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+) or a diploma in IT is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic.
