• Develop and maintain a client base by prospecting and building strong relationships.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and provide expert advice on suitable products and coverage.
• Present and explain insurance policies, premiums, and terms clearly and comprehensively.
• Negotiate with insurance providers on behalf of clients to secure optimal terms.
• Process applications, manage policy renewals, and handle client inquiries efficiently.
• Stay informed about market developments and new insurance products.

• Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or in a related sales role within financial services.
• Strong understanding of various insurance products (life, non-life, commercial, personal).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Relevant professional qualifications and licenses are essential.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
