About the Role

Our client is looking for a sharp and persistent Fraud Investigator to join their dedicated Special Investigations Unit in Klerksdorp. You will be responsible for detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent insurance claims, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to mitigate losses. • Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent insurance claims, gathering evidence and interviewing relevant parties.
• Analyze claim data and patterns to identify potential fraud indicators and red flags.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports, documenting findings and providing recommendations for action.
• Collaborate with claims adjusters, legal counsel, and law enforcement agencies as necessary.
• Develop and implement proactive strategies to detect and prevent insurance fraud.

• Proven experience in fraud investigation, preferably within the insurance industry.
