iMas Insurance Brokers, an authorized financial services provider offering financing and insurance solutions, invites applications for or our Long-Term Insurance (Life) Learnership Programme.

This opportunity is open to unemployed individuals from previously disadvantaged and designated groups who are eager to build a career in the insurance industry.

Programme Benefits:

Practical experience in Sales and/or Administration within Long-Term Insurance.
Structured theoretical training, combined with on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
A 12-month fixed-term contract with a monthly allowance of R6,000
Attain an Insurance Qualification (NQF Level
4) upon successful completion

Key Learnership Outcomes:

Learners will gain exposure to, among others:
Conducting basic research and applying literacy/numeracy skills in insurance risk assessment.
Managing personal finances and understanding financial risk.
Applying legislative, ethical, and compliance knowledge within the insurance environment.
Applying legislative, ethical and compliance knowledge within the insurance environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting.
Currently not employed.
Not registered for any other studies, learnership, internship or YES Programme.
Available to start the learnership immediately.
