Branch Technical Advisor | Vanderbijlpark

Are you passionate about electronic security solutions and delivering exceptional technical support? Regal is looking for an experienced Branch Technical Advisor to join our Vanderbijlpark branch & team.

This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting customers, and sharing knowledge with colleagues and clients.

As a Branch Technical Advisor, you will provide expert technical support to customers both in-branch and on-site. You will help ensure customer satisfaction, support sales growth, and contribute to Regal's reputation for delivering world-class security solutions.

• Provide technical support and advice on all Regal product ranges
• Assist customers telephonically, at the trade counter, and on-site
• Diagnose and resolve technical product-related queries
• Perform technical assessments on faulty products and complete relevant documentation
• Manage technical and quality-related administration processes
• Deliver product training and on-the-job coaching to Regal staff and customers
• Support the branch in maintaining high technical service standards

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Technical Advisor
• Relevant Electronic/Electrical qualification
• 2–3 years' technical experience working with Regal's product range
• Strong understanding of electronic security products and systems
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
• Computer literate
• Strong technical housekeeping and organisational skills
• Working hours:
  
  Saturdays from 08:00 – 12:00, and every alternate Public Holiday
