One of our clients, a major manufacturer of electrical automotive components, has an opening for a Supply Chain Coordinator.
Job purpose:- Responsible for analysing, control and optimising of transportation, processes, related systems that supports the overall efficient movement of goods. This includes supporting procurement on inbound transportation, planning of CDC Yard schedule and the overall outbound of all finish goods.
Reporting to:
Supply Chain Executive
- Must have a Diploma in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
- 5 years’ experience in warehouse or supply chain environment of which 3 years should be at management level. At least 8 years stock management experience.
- Solid understanding of transport operations, logistics processes and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of warehousing and distribution processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, SAP), transportation management system (TMS).
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite; SAP, ERP / MRP Systems and job‑specific software systems).
