At Siqalo Foods, we’re looking for a dynamic Planning Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing inbound raw and packaging material stores, production planning, demand planning, and customer collaboration. This role reports directly to the Planning & Logistics Executive

leYou’ll oversee end-to-end planning processes, optimize resources, and ensure seamless collaboration across internal teams, 3rd party production, and customers—driving efficiency, profitability, and service excellenc e.

• Degree (Supply Chain Management or Finance preferr
• 5+ years’ experience in a planning role (team management advantageo us)
• 5+ years in supply chain operations, with strong planning exper

  Strategic Planning:
  Define and execute forward planning horizons (3–6 months, 2 years, etc.)
• Demand Forecasting & S&OP:
  Drive the “one number” process by reconciling demand and supply gaps
• Production Planning:
  Deliver detailed factory production plans considering capacity, labour, warehousing, and supplier constr

  Stock Management:
  Proactively manage national stock covers, innovation, and slow-moving inve
• ntory
  
  Continuous Improvement:
  Enhance forecast accuracy and customer service through data-driven ins

  Promotions & Innovation:
  Partner with Sales & Marketing to forecast new products and assess promotional effectiv

  Portfolio & Customer Service:
  Provide analytical input into portfolio decisions and optimize customer service excel

  Master Data Management:
