We are a fast-paced and quality-driven agricultural operation, committed to delivering premium produce through efficient and reliable cold-chain processes. This role will be based at our Wolseley Berries farm, where you will be part of a dedicated team ensuring seamless packhouse operations and product flow from field to customer.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Cold-Room Administrator (Temp) to support our dynamic packhouse operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of data captured within our ERP system, directly supporting seamless field-to-customer processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all data captured in the ERP system is accurate, complete, and up to date
• Perform data verification and reconciliation across multiple sources
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve variances efficiently
• Generate intercompany sales orders in line with operational requirements
• Compile and deliver reports and insights to support decision-making
• Create work orders for pallet building and assign pallet IDs
• Support smooth packhouse operations and direct customer deliveries
• Maintain strong alignment between system processes and physical stock movements

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a cold-chain, packhouse, or high-pressure environment
• Proven experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Netsuite or similar)
• Experience managing large volumes of data
• A qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain (advantageous)

• Advanced MS Excel and strong computer literacy
• ERP system proficiency (Netsuite or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Solid understanding of inventory, stock reconciliation, and traceability
• Knowledge of cold-chain/packhouse operations
