We are a fast-paced and quality-driven agricultural operation, committed to delivering premium produce through efficient and reliable cold-chain processes. This role will be based at our Indigo Berries farm, where you will be part of a dedicated team ensuring seamless packhouse operations and product flow from field to customer.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Cold-Room Administrator (Temp) to support our dynamic packhouse operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of data captured within our ERP system, directly supporting seamless field-to-customer processes.

Key Responsibilities- Ensure all data captured in the ERP system is accurate, complete, and up to date
- Perform data verification and reconciliation across multiple sources
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve variances efficiently
- Generate intercompany sales orders in line with operational requirements
- Compile and deliver reports and insights to support decision-making
- Create work orders for pallet building and assign pallet IDs
- Support smooth packhouse operations and direct customer deliveries
- Maintain strong alignment between system processes and physical stock movements
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a cold-chain, packhouse, or high-pressure environment
- Proven experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Netsuite or similar)
- Experience managing large volumes of data
- A qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain (advantageous)
- Advanced MS Excel and strong computer literacy
- ERP system proficiency (Netsuite or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Solid understanding of inventory, stock reconciliation, and traceability
- Knowledge of cold-chain/packhouse operations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
