Location: Umhlanga
We are recruiting for a Junior Procurement Buyer based in Umhlanga within a supply chain solutions environment. The role involves supporting procurement operations including purchase order processing, supplier communication, quotation requests, and order tracking.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate or graduate looking to build experience in procurement and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase order processing and capturing
- Supplier communication and follow-ups
- Requesting and comparing quotations
- Tracking orders and deliveries
- Procurement administration and reporting
- Supporting the procurement team with daily operations
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related
- 1–2 years’ experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain
- Exposure to purchase orders or supplier coordination advantageous
- Strong Excel and communication skills
- Eagerness to grow within procurement
