Position: Regional Procurement Lead - Africa
Location: Kempton Park

Overview

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Regional Procurement Lead - Africa. You will lead a team of buyers and specialists focused on growth and sustainability strategies, aiming to achieve best-in-class supply chain, quality, and pricing. This role focuses on onshoring and in‑country African value, ensuring a supply chain that supports our customer sites.

This role serves as the intermediary between the regional function and the global category team, supplier quality, supply chain and our internal customers to fulfil all business requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Own key relationships with key internal customers and stakeholders, drive collaboration with category management team.
  • Responsible for implementation of category strategies for the region.
  • Develop and lead the procurement team delivering against local, regional and global requirements.
  • Develop and support sourcing activities that drive value and sustainability, including supplier evaluation and selection, market analysis, negotiation, contracting and supplier management.
  • Owner of all associated activities to close out any risk reporting and management from READ, P2P policy and other controls.
  • Manage procurement budget and key financial objectives for the team.
