Operations Coordinator | Logistics & Supply Chain

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Coordinator to support our logistics and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years’ experience who is looking to grow within a fast-paced operational environment.

• Coordinate daily logistics and operational activities
• Assist with route planning, scheduling, and dispatch
• Track deliveries and ensure timely execution
• Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Support stock control and inventory processes
• Handle client communication regarding deliveries and queries
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards

• 1–3 years’ experience in logistics, transport, or operations coordination
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
• Computer literate (Excel essential)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Experience in fleet, transport, or warehouse operations
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Syspro / similar)
• Relevant qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain
