Our client in Vereeniging is looking for a Buying Administrator with PPPFMA and BBBEE experience to join them
Minimum requirements:
- Diploma (NQF6) (Freight, Logistics, Imports and Exports)
- 3 Years Imports and Exports experience
- 3 Years experience in a similar environment as a Buying Administrator with PPPFMA and BBBEE experience
- Must have experience / knowledge of Logistics, Policies and Procedures, NDT Knowledge (advantageous) Products and Services, health and safety, stock control, Code of Conduct, Tenders, Reporting, Letter of Credit, Freight, Incoterms, SAP and CRM
- Should demonstrate strong negotiation and supplier management skills, knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain principles, ability to analyze quotations and procurement data
- Understanding of procurement legislation and compliance requirements
- Procurement Operations:
Prepare and process purchase orders, monitor and follow up on purchase orders - Supplier Management:
Source materials and services from suppliers and negotiate pricing, quality, delivery and payment terms - Prepare and issues Requests for Information, Requests for Quotations and Requests for Tenders
