Supply Chain Coordinator – Citrusdal
A leading, vertically integrated citrus producer, packer and exporter is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join its export marketing team in the Citrusdal Valley.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with 1–2 years’ relevant experience who is looking to build a career in supply chain, planning and the agricultural export environment.
The role will be responsible for the continuous coordination and control of internal supply chain processes and planning, from production and packing through to local and export sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor and coordinate product flow across production units, packhouses and markets, considering supply, packing capacity, demand and sales requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement, marketing and sales teams to optimise supply and demand across multiple production units and packhouses.
- Issue packing instructions to packhouses based on supply and demand planning.
- Manage order adjustments and execution.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with material planning and procurement.
- Prepare reports highlighting supply risks, packing progress, market allocation and recommended actions.
- Relevant B.Eng. or
B.Sc. degree. - Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; alternatively, 1–2 years’ relevant experience in supply chain, planning, logistics or a related environment will be advantageous.
- Strong numerical and analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and translate information into practical planning decisions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work accurately under time constraints.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Self-motivated, driven, resilient and humble.
