FLEET CONTROLLER – FMCG
📍 Middelburg, Mpumalanga
A leading logistics company is looking for a hands-on Fleet Controller with strong administrative and technical skills to manage fleet operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Salary: Market Related

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric essential
Diploma/Certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain advantageous
3–5 years’ fleet or logistics control experience
FMCG or high-volume distribution experience preferred
Strong Excel and computer skills
Experience with fleet management systems/GPS tracking
Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate vehicle schedules, routes and deliveries
Monitor fleet movements, GPS and vehicle performance
Manage fuel usage, maintenance, repairs and compliance
Maintain accurate fleet records and reports
Coordinate and support drivers
Monitor costs, identify efficiencies and reduce downtime
Liaise with warehouse, dispatch and sales teams
