About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to support their logistics and supply chain operations in Nelspruit . This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient execution of daily logistics activities, coordinating between different teams, and managing documentation. You will be involved in tracking shipments, managing inventory flow, and resolving operational issues as they arise. • Coordinate daily logistics activities, including scheduling shipments, managing carriers, and tracking deliveries.
• Liaise with warehouse staff, transportation providers, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery status using logistics software.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and disruptions promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and process necessary logistics documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to reports on operational efficiency.

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite , particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with logistics terminology and processes is beneficial.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
