• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and potential risks.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for assigned categories of spend.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in strategic sourcing , category management, or a similar procurement role.
• Proven experience in leading complex sourcing projects and negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data modeling and cost analysis.
• Excellent understanding of procurement best practices and contract law.
