Maintenance Manager Job Responsibilities
- Lead facility maintenance team and ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules
- Plan and oversee facility improvement projects
- Manage maintenance budgets and implement proactive preventative maintenance strategy
- Conduct regular inspections and repairs for electrical and mechanical systems
- Oversee repairs, installations, and digital maintenance system
- Comply with corporate policies and ensure safety regulations
- 2+ years experience in maintenance management and planning
- 1+ year hands-on experience in maintenance or related trade
- Relevant qualification in maintenance planning or mechanical/electrical field
- Packhouse/warehouse experience advantageous
- Between 30 & 35 years old
- Ability to lead a maintenance team
- Knowledge of conveyors, PLC's, and Boilers
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
- Proficient in CMMS, data analysis, and maintenance KPIs
