Location: Rosebank
The Capital Hotels & Apartments in Rosebank is looking for a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, security, and grounds operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of Facilities Management experience and proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
In this role, you will manage a maintenance team and ensure the highest levels of service. Candidates must be proactive, honest, and possess great attention to detail. Relocation costs will be at the candidate's expense if applicable.
