Responsibilities- Maximum asset uptime and reliability
- Preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
- Workshop operations and contractor management
- Cost control, compliance, and safety excellence
- High‑performing technical teams
- Strong maintenance leadership in mining or industrial environments
- Proven track record in reducing downtime and improving asset performance
- Experience managing workshops, teams, and contractors
- Solid SHEQ and regulatory knowledge
- Results‑driven, practical problem‑solver
