An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a busy, high-volume automotive workshop in Potchefstroom. Experience working in a high-volume franchised dealership environment will be highly advantageous. Candidates with solid passenger vehicle experience, strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Perform basic diagnostics and fault finding
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
Carry out routine maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards
Ensure accurate completion of job cards and workshop documentation
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12/ Matric
Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (Red Seal preferred)
Approximately 5 years post qualification experience
Experience with in a high-volume dealership environment advantageous
Competent with basic diagnostics and fault finding
Good mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Computer literate
Stable employment history with contactable references
Clear criminal record and sober habits
Valid, unendorsed driver's license
