Maintenance & Site Manager

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Technical Diploma advantageous
• Valid driver's licence and reliable own transport essential
• Reside within close proximity to the Helderberg area
• Previous supervisory/management experience in a similar role
• Minimum 3 years' experience in general building maintenance (electrical, plumbing and general repairs)
• Minimum 3 years' experience with garden maintenance and irrigation systems
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (isi Xhosa advantageous)

• Supervise and manage the maintenance and gardening teams
• Plan, prioritise and inspect maintenance work
• Perform general building, equipment and irrigation repairs
• Conduct routine site inspections and quality checks
• Manage tools, stock and procurement
• Liaise with contractors and the Estate Manager
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Be available after hours for emergency maintenance when required
