The Royal Portfolio is seeking a Maintenance Manager for La Residence. You will oversee all hotel maintenance operations, lead the Maintenance and Farm teams, and drive preventive maintenance across the property to ensure safety, reliability and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include coordinating projects with contractors, maintaining logs, and ensuring a high standard of upkeep and appearance. A strong focus on budgeting, planning and team leadership is essential.
