Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant Technical Qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Millwright or similar)
- Minimum 5 years' maintenance experience within an FMCG, Food Manufacturing or Bakery environment
- Previous experience planning and scheduling preventative maintenance
- Experience managing maintenance staff and contractors
- Knowledge of food safety standards, GMP and Health & Safety requirements
- Computer literate with experience on maintenance management systems
