Helderberg Personnel in Somerset West is seeking an experienced Estate Maintenance and Gardens Supervisor to oversee a maintenance and gardening team, schedule work, and train new staff. You will evaluate facilities for repairs, plan tasks with the Estate Manager, and ensure safety compliance.
The role requires a Grade 12 and preferably a technical diploma, a valid driver’s licence, and living near the Helderberg estate. Fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential;
Xhosa is a plus.
