Site Supervisor - Cleaning Services

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at various client locations in and around Benoni . This critical role ensures the delivery of high-quality cleaning services, manages a team of cleaning staff, and maintains excellent client relationships. You will be responsible for daily supervision, quality checks, staff training, and ensuring all health and safety standards are met on-site, playing a key role in the consistent delivery of exceptional service within the Gauteng region.

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleaning standards, identify any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage cleaning schedules, task assignments, and timekeeping for the cleaning crew.
• Liaise directly with clients to address their needs, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the cleaning services provided.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed and ensuring proper storage.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, health, safety, and environmental procedures on site.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices in hygiene and sanitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
• Ability to conduct site assessments and implement quality control measures.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to travel between sites in Benoni and surrounding areas.
