About the Role

Our client seeks a dependable and experienced Residential Caretaker to manage and maintain residential properties in Klerksdorp . This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of residential facilities, overseeing maintenance, groundskeeping, and providing support to residents. You will be responsible for the upkeep of the property, addressing resident concerns promptly, and ensuring a safe, secure, and pleasant living environment. This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive approach to property management and resident relations within the North West community, upholding high standards of living and property value.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep tasks.
