Our client is seeking a skilled Specialized Cleaning Operative to join their dedicated team in Benoni . This role focuses on executing high-level cleaning tasks in environments that require meticulous attention to detail and specialized techniques, such as post-construction clean-up, deep industrial cleaning, or biohazard remediation. You will utilize advanced cleaning equipment and chemical solutions to restore and maintain pristine conditions.

• Perform specialized cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection of complex environments.
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment and tools specific to the service provided (e.g., pressure washers, industrial vacuums, chemical applicators).
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed, including the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Handle and dispose of cleaning chemicals and waste materials safely and in accordance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any encountered issues.

• Previous experience in specialized cleaning services (e.g., post-construction, industrial, trauma scene, biohazard remediation).
• Proficiency in operating specialized cleaning equipment and understanding chemical applications.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
