Maintenance Planner

Responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to maximise equipment availability, reliability and maintenance efficiency.

• Develop and maintain planned maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate planned and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor maintenance backlogs and outstanding work orders.
• Coordinate critical spares and maintenance requirements with Stores.
• Maintain maintenance records and systems.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and equipment availability.
• Prepare maintenance planning and performance reports.

• N6 or National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP or Pragma.
• Experience in mining or heavy-equipment maintenance.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Good computer literacy and reporting capability.
