Maintenance Planner

Are you a highly organised planner with a passion for maintenance excellence, compliance, and driving operational performance? Join our team and play a critical role in ensuring maintenance excellence across our sites.

What You Will Do

• Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance activities across multiple sites
• Manage and monitor work orders through CMMS systems
• Track maintenance performance and ensure timely completion of planned tasks
• Support technical reporting, purchase orders, RFQs, and invoice verification
• Coordinate contractors and ensure full SHEQ compliance
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records

What We Are Looking For

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 2-3 years' experience in maintenance planning, facilities management, or technical administration
• Strong knowledge of PPM processes and CMMS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
