Ready to take the reins of a region and shape the future of electrical services across Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga? Aquaheat Facility Services is looking for a dynamic, commercially driven Electrical Manager to lead our Northern Region across Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga.

This is a high‑impact leadership role where you will grow our electrical operations, build strong teams, strengthen client relationships and deliver outstanding service across maintenance, minor works and capital projects.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and grow Electrical operations across the Northern Region
• Build high‑performing teams and develop new service offerings
• Drive commercial performance and regional business growth
• Strengthen client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• NZ Electrical Qualification + 10 years post‑trade experience
• 5+ years leadership experience in electrical services
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capability
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
• Industrial and commercial installation and maintenance expertise
