About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Power Plant Operations Manager to oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of their facility in Benoni. This leadership role is essential for ensuring maximum plant uptime and performance, managing a team of skilled operators and technicians. You will be responsible for implementing operational strategies, maintaining high safety standards, and optimizing plant efficiency to meet energy demands in the Gauteng region.

• Manage daily operations of the power plant, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production targets.
