Leisure Facility Manager

Our client is seeking a seasoned and proactive Leisure Facility Manager to oversee operations at a premier sports and recreation complex in Klerksdorp . This critical role involves ensuring the seamless running of all facility operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving revenue growth. You will lead a diverse team of staff, manage budgets, and implement strategies to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

This position requires strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the leisure and sports industry within the North West province.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the leisure facility , including staffing, scheduling, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Oversee budget management, financial performance, and revenue generation initiatives.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of facility staff, including front desk, maintenance, and program coordinators.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction are consistently met.
• Plan and execute facility upgrades and improvements in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management , preferably in the sports or leisure sector.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and operational planning expertise.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to leisure facilities.
