About the Role
Our client is seeking a high-caliber Regional Manager - Operations to lead and direct operations across a significant geographical territory including Nelspruit . This executive role demands strategic leadership, a deep understanding of operational excellence, and the ability to drive performance improvements across multiple business units. You will be responsible for setting regional objectives, managing key P&Ls, and fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation.

- Oversee all operational activities and business performance within the assigned region. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional growth and profitability targets. Manage regional budgets, ensuring financial discipline and optimal resource allocation. Lead and develop a team of operational leaders and staff across multiple locations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management , with at least 5 years in a senior regional leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing P&Ls and driving significant business growth. Exceptional leadership , strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities. Experience in implementing large-scale operational changes and managing diverse teams.
Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and performance metrics.
