Asset Integrity Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Asset Integrity Manager to oversee the safety, reliability, and maintenance of their operational assets in the Nelspruit region. This crucial leadership role involves developing and implementing comprehensive integrity management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians dedicated to proactive asset care, risk mitigation, and operational excellence within the demanding Oil & Gas industry.

• Develop and implement asset integrity management (AIM) systems and strategies.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and maintenance programs for critical equipment and infrastructure.
• Conduct risk-based assessments to identify and prioritize integrity threats.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international regulations and standards.
• Manage budgets for integrity assurance activities and lead a team of integrity engineers.
• Investigate integrity incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset integrity management, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven experience with risk-based inspection (RBI), fitness-for-service (FFS), and corrosion management.
• Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards (API, ASME, DNV).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in managing maintenance and inspection teams.
